10 comments »Top 100 Social networks every Realtor should have a profile onComment from: Andrew Olson [Visitor] Wow! What a list, I didn't even know there were that many social networks. Awesome post. That should keep me busy for the next...4 years or so :). Great work, thank you for putting that together. Comment from: Damion Flynn [Visitor] Very comprehensive list. Don't underestimate the link power of BlogCatalog or Bumpzee though. Granted they are not geared towards real estate but can add some link love ;) Comment from: Mark Eibner [Visitor] Mary Girl- thanks, I 'll have my social media dDirector get me on all of these :>) Comment from: Leavenworth Real Estate - Geordie Romer [Visitor] Really- Seems too frantic for me. Pick 10. Really. 10 even seems like too many. Comment from: Daltonsbriefs [Visitor] Thanks for the great list. It took me 45 minutes to just to update one of my profiles on one of the sites you listed. Although I would love to keep 100 profiles and blogs updated, I can't figure out how to do so quickly. Still trying and still learning. Comment from: Jim Mathieson [Visitor] I have been looking for social networking sites and was shocked to find such a list. Surely a person would need countless hours of work to upload such content. I guess there must be a quicker way of posting. Comment from: Sam in Austin [Visitor] Mary - are all of these dofollow? It is a great list you have put together but the question is how active do you have to be on these sites? After all agents need to focus on being agents not webmasters. When do you cross the line between quantity over quality. Having a profile just to have one at these sites can drive business back to your website or blog which is the end goal but if you don't ever use it why do it? Also in regard to people slapping their listings in every website that they can find to take it, the question is going to come down to removing it in a timely fashion without incurring mreis fines. Mny agents are putting their websites up with regard to that and not really tracking the places they place their listings, this may be an different subject all together but this is a subject of particular interest to me right now. Comment from: John Sabia [Visitor] Great List, thank you - many I haven't heard of before. Comment from: Noneelse [Visitor] what a impressive article. last days I didn' t read post like that.
